$12.1 million to combat Victoria’s oral health crisis

The ADAVB welcomes the Victorian Government’s commitment of $12.1 million to combat Victoria’s oral health crisis.

The ADAVB has continuously voiced concerns about Victoria’s ballooning waiting lists and unacceptable rate of preventable hospital admissions due to dental decay.

Today’s welcome budget announcement will extend someway to addressing these issues, and we looking forward to working with Health Minister Jill Hennessy to continue to address preventable poor oral health in Victoria.
