ADAVB's new President

Associate Professor Matthew Hopcraft (pictured) is the new President of the Victorian Branch of the Australian Dental Association. He started his one-year term on Monday, having been elected unopposed.

A/Prof Hopcraft is Director of Clinical Education at the Melbourne Dental School. He took over the presidency from Ballarat dentist Dr Anne Stewart who gave outstanding leadership over the past year, for which the Branch has expressed its gratitude and appreciation.

Dr Gordon Burt was elected unopposed as Vice President and is joined on the Branch’s Executive Committee by Dr Jo-Anne Cherry and Dr Bob Cvetkovic. Dr Mark Bowman continues to serve as Honorary Secretary.
