Consumers hit with another health insurance premium increase
Consumers will be faced with yet another hike in private health insurance premiums following the announcement of a 4.49% premium increase.
The Australian Dental Association (ADA) has voiced concerns about this recent premium increase and is highlighting that now is the time for consumers to check their rebates and out of pocket expenses.
The ADA has urged consumers to review their Extras policies when it comes to dental treatment at www.time2switch.com.au
The Time2Switch website includes a comparison tool that assesses rebates of private health insurance policies for general and major dental, endodontic and orthodontic services. Time2Switch also provides an opportunity for consumers to complain directly to the Private Health Insurance Ombudsman.
