Check-up at Mildura school by Mobile Dental Program volunteers

Volunteers for the Royal Flying Doctor Service’s Mobile Dental Care Program are providing dental care and dental tips to students at the Mildura South Primary School.

This is part of the service being provided to residents in the northern Mallee.

In the past 12 months the mobile dental service has conducted more than 600 examinations  in aged care facilities, schools, some workplaces and farms, the CEO of the Victorian section of the RFDS, Mr Scott Chapman told ABC Swan Hill Mildura radio’s breakfast program.

The program is supported by the ADAVB, its members, and Dental Health Services Victoria.
