Oral cancer campaign

With about three people being diagnosed with oral cancer every day, the Australian Dental Association is about to enlist members to join its campaign to raise awareness of this cancer and other oral diseases. Next week ADA members will receive an email explaining some basic but little known facts about oral cancer.  They will be asked to forward the email onto family and friends and encourage them to do the same and – perhaps – forward it to patients, asking them to continue the chain of information. The email will be linked to a new website.
