- Having a ‘sugar break’ the week before and the week after Easter to offset the sugar hits.
- Refraining from snacking on sugary treats over a long period, as this prolongs the time that teeth are exposed to acid attacks.
- Making sure to brush teeth well twice a day – don’t get lax with your dental care just because of the holidays!
