ADAVB BOQ Specialist CPD Practice Bursary awarded to Yarra Valley Dental

Dr Kathleen Walsh, owner of Yarra Valley Dental in Yarra Glen, has been awarded the Australian Dental Association Victorian Branch (ADAVB) and BOQ Specialist $10,000 Practice Bursary.

The bursary can be used for training programs and registration to ADAVB CPD courses. 

The annual ADAVB BOQ Specialist Bursary acknowledges dental practices committed to quality learning, and aims to fund further professional development for practitioners as well as professional staff members.

ADAVB President Dr Susan Wise said:

“The ADAVB values commitment to quality training for all staff within the dental practice so all practice staff members are involved in the best care of their patients. Our partnership with BOQ Specialist recognises that together we promote continuing education for all dental staff. This year’s deserving recipient, Dr Kathleen Walsh, and her team are committed to staff training and the value of this training has real benefits on the health of their patients and the wider community.”
