Dentists, come to Mildura - Health Minister
The Victorian Government will provide incentives for dentists to relocate to Mildura.
Health Minister David Davis said this yesterday when he met the nine fourth year dental students on placement at Sunraysia Community Health Services in Mildura.
The Budget provides $1.1 million to support dental practitioners to relocate from metropolitan locations and establish a practice in rural and regional communities.
The Government provided $5.5 million to Sunraysia Community Health Services to expand its public dental clinic, doubling the number of dental chairs to eight.
