HICAPS confident of fixing terminal problem within days

HICAPS has provided health funds with an update on the terminal software issue.
The company says that it is confident that by the end of this week the vast majority of affected customers will have had their terminals replaced, allowing them to process health insurance and Medicare rebates as usual.
HICAPS continues to advise those businesses with working terminal not to turn them off.
