ACOSS calls for a national oral health program

The Australian Council of Social Service has called for a national oral health program in place of the Medicare Chronic Disease Dental Scheme and the Teen Dental Program. In its pre-Budget submission to the Federal Government, ACOSS says that these schemes have not stopped the growing gap in oral health between the advantaged and disadvantaged.
