Easter bunny could bring more than a sweet surprise
People should be careful about how much chocolate they eat over the Easter break, dentists and dietitians have warned.
The Australian Dental Association and the Dietitians Association of Australia have advised people that eating too much chocolate can impact on waistlines and teeth.
ADA President Dr Karin Alexander said children should eat chocolate treats immediately after a meal rather than between meals.
The Dietitians CEO, Ms Claire Hewat called for an “all in moderation approach”, suggesting activities such as an egg and spoon race.
